By booking an appointment, submitting a consultation request, paying a deposit, or receiving tattoo services from Wangchen Tattoo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Wangchen Tattoo is a private, appointment-based tattoo studio run by one tattoo artist, Wangchen. Every consultation, design, and tattoo is personally reviewed and performed by Wangchen.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued photo ID must be shown at every appointment. No exceptions will be made, including with parental consent.
Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee an appointment. Each tattoo project is reviewed individually based on:
Wangchen Tattoo may decline projects that are not a good fit. An appointment is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
A $100 deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit:
The deposit is not an extra fee.
Your deposit may be forfeited if you:
If Wangchen needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be carried over to a new date. If no suitable date can be arranged, it will be refunded.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling more than once may require a new deposit.
If you expect to be late, please contact Wangchen Tattoo as soon as possible. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in reduced tattoo time, cancellation of the appointment, or loss of your deposit, depending on scheduling availability.
All tattoos are custom projects. Reference images are welcome and encouraged. However, Wangchen Tattoo does not copy another artist’s tattoo exactly. Each design is created specifically for the client.
Custom artwork, including sketches and stencils, remains the intellectual property of Wangchen until the tattoo has been completed and paid for in full. Designs may not be shared with or taken to another artist.
Prices may vary depending on size, placement, complexity, design requirements, and session length. Final quotes are provided after consultation.
The remaining balance, minus your deposit, is due at the end of each session. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Because every tattoo is custom and permanent, payments for completed tattoo work are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your tattoo, please contact Wangchen Tattoo so we can discuss them.
For client safety, Wangchen Tattoo may refuse or postpone a tattoo if:
Clients must disclose relevant health information honestly on the consent form before tattooing.
Wangchen Tattoo may refuse or stop service if a request is unsafe, offensive, or hateful, if a client behaves disrespectfully, or if these Terms are not followed.
Aftercare instructions will be provided after each session. Not following these instructions may affect how your tattoo heals.
Wangchen Tattoo is not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare, excessive sun exposure, picking, scratching, or other actions after the appointment.
Touch-up requests are reviewed case by case. Eligibility may depend on:
Completed tattoos may be photographed for portfolio use, website galleries, social media content, and marketing materials. Your identity will not be disclosed without your permission. You may ask that your tattoo not be published, or that an existing photo be removed, at any time.
